2️⃣ Login or registration – If you already have an account, log in. If you don’t have one, you will need to create one before continuing with your purchase.
3️⃣ Payment – Enter your card details and complete the secure transaction.
4️⃣ Purchase confirmation – After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
5️⃣ Route access – You can access your purchased route by logging into your account or via the “My Routes” menu.
All transactions are secure, and you can use the route on your computer, tablet, or smartphone an unlimited number of times in 5 or 30 days (depending on the route type).
Can I use the route more than once?
Yes! After purchase, you can use the route an unlimited number of times during 5 or 30 days (depending on the type of route) from the date of purchase. You can access it whenever you want through your account or menu “My routes” .
Whether you explore everything at once or want to return to certain locations later, the content of the route is available to you during that period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund option after purchasing a route. Since this is digital content that is immediately available, refunds are not possible. I can't access the route I purchased. What should I do?
If you are having trouble accessing your purchased route, please try the following:
- Restart your internet browser

Unfortunately, an internet connection is required to use the route.. Routes are based on interactive maps, navigation linked to Google Maps, audio guides and other online content that requires a constant internet connection. We recommend that you have internet access to fully enjoy all the features of the route.
