How to activate access?
What is an access code?
The access code is a unique combination of characters that gives you access to the digital guide or route on the TopVisit platform. You can get the code through a promotional card, a partner (hotel, tourist board) or as part of a special offer.
How do I activate the code?
1. Open the Code Activation page
2. Enter your code in the provided field
3. Click on “Activate access”
After that, the access is immediately active.
Do I have to register or enter an email?
No.
Activation via code does not require registration or entering an e-mail address.
The system automatically creates a user account linked to your code.
How do I sign in again later?
To login simply:
open the Login page
enter the same access code
The code serves as your access key.
Access to the content is possible depending on the expected duration of the package.
What if I lose my code?
If you lose your access code, unfortunately you will not be able to log in again. We recommend that you save or take a photo of the code after activation.
Can I combine a code and a classic purchase?
Yes.
Purchase via the website (5 or 30 days with e-mail registration) and activation via code are two separate access options that you can use independently of each other.
How long is the code access valid?
The duration of access depends on the type of code and the package to which it is attached.
