Terms of Service – Affiliate Program 

1. Program Host

These Terms of Service are issued by GAVO OBRT (TopVisit.eu), with registered office at:

2. Definitions

  • Affiliate – an individual or legal entity promoting TopVisit.eu via affiliate links and earning commission from resulting sales.

  • Program – the system enabling affiliates to track performance and receive commission payouts.

3. Program Participation & Payments

  • Commission rates are agreed individually with each affiliate.

  • No commission returns; payout is issued immediately after a successful sale.

  • Each affiliate has access to a personal dashboard to track clicks, sales, and commission balance.

4. Tracking & Cookies

  • Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links.

  • Cookie duration is set to 30 days.

5. Promotion Guidelines & Disclaimer

  • All forms of ethical online promotion are permitted.

  • While not mandatory, affiliates are recommended to disclose their affiliate relationship in line with EU transparency guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Affiliates may use TopVisit.eu logos and branded promotional materials only while active in the program.

  • Upon termination, affiliates must discontinue use of all materials and branding.

7. Termination of Collaboration

  • Both TopVisit.eu and the affiliate may terminate cooperation at any time, without prior justification.

  • Upon termination, all affiliate links become invalid.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • TopVisit.eu assumes no liability for any harm or loss suffered by affiliates.

  • Affiliates are fully responsible for any reputational or financial damage caused to TopVisit.eu and must cover all associated costs.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Data is stored anonymously and accessible only to administrators.

  • No breach notifications or GDPR representative are in place.

  • Data processing is governed by the existing Privacy Policy published on TopVisit.eu.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Osijek, Croatia.

11. Amendments

TopVisit.eu reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Affiliates will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
