1. Program Host<\/h2>\n

These Terms of Service are issued by GAVO OBRT (TopVisit.eu)<\/strong>, with registered office at:

2. Definitions<\/h2>\n

    Affiliate<\/strong> \u2013 an individual or legal entity promoting TopVisit.eu via affiliate links and earning commission from resulting sales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Program<\/strong> \u2013 the system enabling affiliates to track performance and receive commission payouts.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Program Participation & Payments<\/h2>\n

      Commission rates are agreed individually with each affiliate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      No commission returns; payout is issued immediately after a successful sale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Each affiliate has access to a personal dashboard to track clicks, sales, and commission balance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Tracking & Cookies<\/h2>\n

        Sales are tracked via unique affiliate links.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Cookie duration is set to 30 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Promotion Guidelines & Disclaimer<\/h2>\n

        • \n

          All forms of ethical online promotion are permitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          While not mandatory, affiliates are recommended to disclose their affiliate relationship in line with EU transparency guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

          • \n

            Affiliates may use TopVisit.eu logos and branded promotional materials only while active in the program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Upon termination, affiliates must discontinue use of all materials and branding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            7. Termination of Collaboration<\/h2>\n

            • \n

              Both TopVisit.eu and the affiliate may terminate cooperation at any time, without prior justification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Upon termination, all affiliate links become invalid.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              8. Disclaimer of Liability<\/h2>\n

              • \n

                TopVisit.eu assumes no liability for any harm or loss suffered by affiliates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Affiliates are fully responsible for any reputational or financial damage caused to TopVisit.eu and must cover all associated costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                9. Privacy & Data Protection<\/h2>\n

                • \n

                  Data is stored anonymously and accessible only to administrators.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  No breach notifications or GDPR representative are in place.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Data processing is governed by the existing Privacy Policy published on TopVisit.eu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  10. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n

                  All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Osijek, Croatia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                  11. Amendments<\/h2>\n

                  TopVisit.eu reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Affiliates will be notified of any changes before they take effect.<\/p>\n
